I love oils. After I first heard about them last year, I’ve found that different oils are great for different things and I love learning about new oils and how I can use them! A couple of months ago I was introduced to Peppermint Oil, and it’s helped me in so many ways! Here are my favourite uses for Peppermint Oil.
-Mix a couple tablespoons of vegetable oil with about 4 drops of pure peppermint oil and massage it into sore muscles or temples to soothe a headache
-Double the mixture above and massage into hair to relieve dry scalp and promote growth
-Drink a glass of water with a couple drops of oil added in to help with digestion and nausea
– Add a few drops to a tissue and breathe in to relieve stress
-Add a few drops to hot water and breathe in to help a sore throat

Seeing as we are so generous here is one last quick tip for you, Olive Oil.
There’s a reason the Greeks adore olive oil, it’s super nourishing and gives a beautiful glow. To get skin like a goddess, Mix two tablespoons olive oil and one tablespoon of sea salt to make a gentle body and face scrub. This helps get rid of dead skin cells and promotes softer skin. This is cheaper than store bought scrubs, and doesn’t contain any harsh chemicals or abrasives that harm your skin.
